Subway, overall, is the healthiest restaurant on my spreadsheet. Their subs have a lot of protein and fiber, but little fat and sugar, which is good.

I honestly had no clue what spreadsheet was and how to use it before this project, but now I do. I liked using the pie charts for some reason.

Moes won with sodium sugar and came in 2 place with fat. without the cheese moes would have won. I would have had half the cheese but it's meant to half the cheese but the menu didn't have one person size but you can ask for it. moes uses fresh ingredients.

I think that Subway is easily the healthiest choice. It has the most fiber and protein compared to the other restaurants. Also it has the least saturated fat and fat of the other restaurants.

I learned from this project that many restaurants I enjoy are not always the healthiest choice. I liked how I learned about how to use Excel more effectively. Finally, it was helpful that we used Excel instead of Word for this project because it is capable of doing much more for this type of project.

According to my data, I found that my Subway meal is the most healthy out of all the restaurants. I think this because is has high fiber and protein, as to Dunkin Donuts, McDonalds,etc.., which have less fiber and protein. Through using the Excel Spreadsheet, I learned how to create pie charts based on my data in the cells. I also learned how to use the AutoSum tool in order to find the total amount of sugar, protein, fat, etc... I liked being able to change the colors of the pie charts and cells.

I think that Starbucks had the most protein, but it has only 1% fiber. The one with the most fiber is Subway and panera. Overall, Subway was the healthiest. I liked using autosum on Excel.

After completing the Fast Food Fun project I think the overall healthiest restaurant was Panera Bread. The food had the highest amount of fiber and protein of all of the meals. I liked using excel spreadsheet because it had lots of different tools like conversion and autosum. You also could insert charts using the data you write.

From my research I believe Subway had the healthiest meal because the total fat and saturated fat were very low compared to the other restaurants. The protein was the largest slice of the pie chart and fiber was the third to biggest. The other restaurants like Dunkin Donuts had the biggest pie chart slice as sugar and the third to biggest fat. Something I learned from Excel is how to make a pie chart and find the auto sum.

I found out that Panera is the best choice. Panera had a good balance between Protein and fat. It had one of the lowest sodiums and the most fiber. i liked presenting my research in Excel Spreadsheet format because there is a lot of neat tricks. For example one trick was using the autosum formula. Also It is easy for me because I can always upload it to Google Drive if I need to work on it at home.

I like Panera the most because it is the only fast food restaurant that I researched where the protein is higher than the fat! The rest were disgusting, like Friendly's, so I'm glad I don't go there anymore. The spread-sheets I used were very useful and without them I wouldn't be able to know about these nutrition secrets!

* I think subway was the most healthy because it had little fat and a lot of protein. The fiber levels were not extraordinary but they were okay. The sugar, fat, and sat fat, were manageable and though panera was a close second, it's sugar, and fat were a bit higher.

* I liked how easy excel was to use. You could see recommendations for what graph would work and suggestions if you wanted a certain graph. Lastly you don't have to save which is really helpful if you need to log of quickly.

I liked the fact we could do that. I also learned that my favorite beverages and meals had health benefits and unhealthy benefits.

I think that Subway is the healthiest restaurant on my spreadsheet. The food is loaded with protein and fiber, and there isn't a lot of sugar or fats, which is good.

Subway has the most protein and fiber in their food

I learned that almost all foods have sodium, which is bad. Because there is sodium in most foods, we need to make sure to read labels so we don't eat to much of it. I also learned a lot about reading and designing graphs and pie charts.
